In a smoking cessation program: A newspaper columnist from Virginia, Jack Kestner, saw one of our television ads on Sixty Minutes. He came up with his own plan to quit smoking! His plan first switches the smoker from cigarettes to Skoal Bandits or Flavor Packs (both registered trademarks of UST, Inc.). This changes the smoker's behavior from reaching for a cigarette to get his nicotine to that of reaching for a pouched product to get his nicotine.
